Taffeta X-Ply in the luff panel adds a smooth, balanced power delivery whilst remaining fully weldable to the body panels; no stitching, no compromise.
The entire sail body, batten pockets included, is welded together. A stitchless surface from mast sleeve to leech eliminates thousands of micro-holes and their associated stretch. The result:
